Well, the good day thing might have something to do with the fact that now I'm a year older. Maybe I've gained some wisdom after all. When I'm having a good day, I get upset with myself for putting up with the shitty mood I'm usually in. I know it's in my power to change that, but I still end up sitting on my ass for the most part. The good mindset might not create instant miracles, but it makes getting through the tough days slightly easier.
